This is a very stylish leather box from Aspinal of London. The leather has a wonderful crocodile skin print and the interior has Aspinal's signature beige suede and gold metal plaque.

This is a stylish preloved leather-covered jewellery box by Aspinal of London. It is a beautiful box with a crocodile skin print and it has neutral colours that make it suitable for any gender.
The Exterior
This box is covered with genuine Italian leather. The leather has a glossy deep shine and a decorative printed crocodile skin pattern. The colour of the leather is 'Amazon Brown'. This is a rich deep shade of brown with a burgundy tinge.
The bottom of the box has a light beige suede covering. 'Aspinal of London, ENGLAND, FINE LEATHER' is embossed upon this.
The bottom left-hand side of the lid has Aspinal's logo embossed upon it.
The bottom right-hand side of the lid has the initials SEE embossed upon it in gold capital lettering.
The Interior
The interior has three storage compartments.
The bases of the compartments plus the inside of the lid are lined with Aspinal's signature soft beige suede.
The suede lining to the inside of the lid has Aspinal's polished gold metal signature plaque with their logo embossed upon it.
The three compartments are beautifully partitioned with solid sturdy dividers. These dividers plus all of the interior walls, are covered with the same Italian leather (with crocodile skin print) which is on the exterior.
There are gold silk ribbons attached to the rear of the left and right storage compartments. These compartments would originally have had removable velvet pads.

This box is now a retired design and is no longer being sold at Aspinal's. Similar boxes of this style/size are still being sold at Aspinal's, with their prices starting at £195.00.
Condition
The box is preloved but still in very good condition. It has sound structure and no unsightly damage.
The leather is still fragrant and in beautiful condition overall (please see the notes below).
The interior suede linings are in excellent condition. They are clean, neatly fitted and have no splits or scuffs. The interior appears to have seen very little use.
Very Small Flaws/Wear:
There is a very tiny area of stain missing to the left of centre area on the lid. This appears to be a very small manufacturing flaw rather than a scuff.
The embossed gold finish on the initial S has worn off and there is minor light wear to the embossed gold on the EE initials.
There is extremely minor light wear to the leather on the corners of the box (just on the very edges) and to the corners of the suede covering on the bottom. None of this wear is overly noticeable.

Please do not attempt to remove the embossed gold initials on the lid. This will result in the leather becoming scuffed/losing its colour in this region.
