Beautiful small sturdy jewellery box from New Zealand. The lid has a beautiful Abalone shell inlaid Kiwi and the interior has red velvet linings.

This is a beautiful modern jewellery box, made as a souvenir for New Zealand's tourist market. It is 5-10 years old and still in excellent condition.
The Exterior
This box is made of solid wood which has beautiful figuration. The lid has a beautiful Kiwi bird which is inlaid with iridescent Abalone shell and NEW ZEALAND is carved into the wood beneath it. The box has secure solid brass hinges.
The Interior
The interior has a single storage compartment, This, as well as the inside of the lid, have red soft brushed velvet linings.
Condition
This box is in excellent preloved condition, having seen very little use. It is a sturdy well-made box and it is quite weighty for its size.
All of the shell inlay is present and secure.
The hinges are still in perfect working order.
The interior linings are in excellent clean condition with no splits or fraying.
There is only extremely minor light wear to the wood.

Please use the following measurements to ensure the box is the right size for your requirements. It will hold small pieces of jewellery such as rings, earrings and pendants.

International postage is £30 by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For postage. Delivery is fast, within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Delivery may be longer depending on the speed of your local postal service and/or if your package has to go through customs. Please note that we cannot deliver to international PO boxes as we use a secure insured postal service that requires a signature.
