A beautifully inlaid and veneered vintage jewellery box consisting of Rosewood, Ebony and Satinwood. The interior has its original linings.

This is a beautifully inlaid vintage jewellery box, dating to the 1980s/1990s and with its original interior linings.
The Exterior
This box is made of solid wood and has beautiful Rosewood veneer all over.
There is a beautifully inlaid frame to the lid which consists of a variety woods, including Satinwood and Ebony. The edges of the lid surrounding the inlaid frame are beautifully finished with Ebony veneer.
The top and bottom edges of the body of the box are also finished with Ebony veneer plus fine satinwood stringing.
The lid has a beautifully shaped complementary Ebony handle.
The Interior
The interior has a single storage compartment which is complete with its original black felt linings.
Condition
This box is in lovely vintage condition. It has sound structure and only minor light wear to the interior felt from age and previous use.
