Beautiful Italian solid wood and faux leather three drawer jewellery box. Multiple compartments plus ring and earring storage sections.

This is a lovely vintage Italian made jewellery box, dating to the 1970s. It has three drawers containing multiple storage compartments plus sections for the storage of rings and earrings.
The Exterior
This box is made of solid wood and has a faux leather finish to the lid, sides and drawer fronts. The edges of the leather panels are beautifully stitched and the drawer fronts have polished solid brass knobs. The bottom of the box has a beautiful watered silk covering and this is stamped MADE IN ITALY in nice gold lettering.
The Drawers
The top drawer has two compartments plus a ring storage section.
The middle drawer has three compartments plus an earring storage section.
The bottom drawer has four compartments.
There are nine compartments in total, of various shapes and sizes, ideal for keeping different types of jewellery separate. The bases of the compartments have their original soft brushed beige faux suede linings. These are padded, providing cushioned protection for jewellery. The ring and earring sections are covered with the same material.
Condition
This beautiful box is in wonderful condition. It has sound structure and very little wear. There are a few little scuffs to the faux leather and some minor light wear to the wood.
The linings within the drawers are still in very good condition and appear to have seen little use.
The silk covering on the bottom of the box is also still in good condition.

Top Drawer - Ring Storage Section:
Holds approx 8 rings depending on their sizes.
Middle Drawer - Compartments x 3:
7.8 by 6.0cm with a 3.2cm depth.
Middle Drawer - Earring Storage Section:
Holds 3 pairs of earrings in the grooves and has plenty more storage space infront and behind of these.
Bottom Drawer - Rear Compartments x 3:
8.8 by 5.9cm with a 3.2cm depth.
Bottom Drawer - Front Compartment:
19.2 by 3.7cm with a 3.2cm depth.

International postage is £30 by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For postage. Delivery is fast, within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Delivery may be longer depending on the speed of your local postal service and/or if your parcel has to go through customs. Please note that we cannot deliver to international PO boxes as we use a secure insured postal service that requires a signature.
