Old Victorian Mahogany veneered jewellery box with a newly refurbished velvet lined interior. Complete with its original working lock and key.

This is a nice old antique jewellery box, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880/1890. It has a newly refurbished interior.
The Exterior
This box has rich coloured Mahogany veneer and is complete with its original hinges. It also has its original working lock and key.
The bottom of the box has a new felt covering which will protect the surfaces of furniture.
The Interior
The interior compartment and inside lid have been newly refurbished with 'antique rose' premium cotton velvet panels. The panel to the compartment is padded, providing cushioned protection for jewellery.
Condition
This box is in fair preloved condition. It has some marks to the lid and a knock to the bottom rear corner. There is some veneer missing here yet this hasn't affected the structure of the box.
The interior linings, being new, are in immaculate unused unworn condition.
