This is a small necklace and earring presentation box with a dark navy blue leatherette finish.
The jewellery in the photos is for display purposes and is not included with the box. It can however be purchased from us - please see the details at the bottom of the page.
The Exterior
This box has a navy blue leatherette finish and a strong secure sprung hinge opening.
The Interior
The interior compartment has a plush blue flock insert with grooves for holding a single chain with a thickness of up to 3mm. It also has two pierced holes for holding a pair of stud earrings. The insert is a small/medium size and will hold a pendant of up to 3.5cm in length and 1.5cm in width (when placed between a pair of stud earrings). It will hold a larger pendant of up to 4.5cm in width if no earrings are present. Please see below for further measurements.
The lovely flock covering is beautifully plush, providing a protective soft surface for your jewellery. The insert can be removed which makes for easy placing/removing of a necklace and earrings.
The inside of the lid has a white silk lining with a flap that extends to conceal the hinge.
Age
This box is modern, up to 15 years old.
Condition
This box is in good pre-loved condition. It has sound structure and it closes securely.
The interior flock and silk lining are still in excellent condition and appear to have seen little or no use. They are very clean and have no splits or fraying.
There is only very minor light wear to the leatherette finish and some scratches to the base of the compartment beneath the flock insert.

Interior Flock Insert:
4.1cm in length and 4.6cm in width. The grooves for the chain are 6.0mm deep - this measurement is the highest point of the insert that a chain can sit if pulled taut. At this point, there is space below for a pendant of up to 3.5cm in length.

This box will be posted FREE within the UK by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery.
International postage is £25 by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For postage. Delivery is fast, within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Delivery may be longer depending on the speed of your local postal service and/or if your package has to go through customs. Please note that we cannot deliver to international PO boxes as we use a secure insured postal service that requires a signature.

Our Jewellery

The chain and pendant are 1930s Art Deco and both are made of solid sterling silver. The pendant is set with a beautiful blister pearl (formed naturally within Abalone shell) and the chain has a very pretty clasp with a central flower and pierced hearts. This necklace originates from the US. The chain is original to the pendant and both are stamped STERLING. No two blister pearls form the same and so each is always unique! The price of the necklace is £100.00.
The earrings are also solid silver and are set with natural banded Agate cabochons. These have a wonderful high polished finish. They are smooth and have a beautiful shine. The earrings have posts with butterfly back fasteners. They have 925 silver purity stamps and are vintage, circa 1980s. The price of the earrings are £40.00.
We also have a range of other vintage and antique jewellery. Any jewellery purchase will be posted free of charge if purchased at the same time as a box.
